Return Policy
At T.A.G. SWAG, every purchase has purpose. All items are part of our youth-run initiative under T.A.G. (Teaching A Generation) — where 100% of proceeds go directly toward funding youth stipends, salaries, and entrepreneurship training.
Because each sale directly supports our program and helps provide real job opportunities for young people in Harlem, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time.
Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tciony.org so our youth team can review and resolve the issue.

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped by the T.A.G. SWAG youth team — Harlem’s first youth-run retail and training program under T.A.G. (Teaching A Generation). Your purchase not only brings you great gear but also gives our young people hands-on experience in packaging, customer service, and business operations.
Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing and delivery. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
We currently ship within the United States. Local pickup may also be available at our T.A.G. SWAG Store in Harlem — follow our Instagram @tciony for updates and hours.
While we strive to ensure every order arrives on time and in perfect condition, T.A.G. SWAG is not responsible for delays or damages caused by carriers once your package has been shipped.
